The JFC V8 is the world’s first Hayabusa V8 utilizing a billet Monobloc design structure. It offers a great marriage of simplicity and strength which aid in its high levels of power density and longevity. Our in-house machining capabilities take a near-300 pound billet of aluminum and transform it into the 37lb jewel you see below.
They are using easily available blueprint drawings and a standard industrial level CNC machine after having had some time on a CAD software.
On can also build a form and weld two blocks together using biomorphing designe metal formed parts reusing almost all parts of the two engines used having to add ventil coordination chain links and modifying the cardan sheft.
Another option is syncing two engines placed parrallel electronically by an custom engine managent which makes sense for certain high performance applications in miniariturisation projects.
