Growthrates as we know it might not apply to an African region. Growth rate is usually a number based on the domestic product value of a currency showing it's annual increase.
That can be measured only in a central governed nation, which attempting to create caused civil war and is called Neo Colonisation.
Nigeria has obvious problems and none of them can be fixed by growth rates.
Just looking at the video we all can see that the food basquets are full and that also noone has to starve, that the humans are clean and are wearing clean clothes, that they have hair cuts, that there are plenty of vehicles and fuel appears to be no issue, because they are all driving.
We also miss public transport systems like railways on pillars, Underground stations, watches, mobile phones, laptops, billboards and billboard screens, tarmac roads, new vehicles, fashion items, urban furniture and news papers or magazines.
A lot of these products rot in the West having created export restrictions that do harm African growth as trash, are not even considerd to be developed and produced despite existing products starting to miss buyers and trash pilling up ever bigger.
We know why. Massmurdering Racists were pardoned for Cold War ruling our society by mono oligopols.
We still can correct that and bring justice to all.
