It is called statistic evidence based crime prevention and means that, if a statistic proofs that an overwhelming amount of knife crimes are done by Autists with a Low IQ, Schools can start to have mandatory IQ and psychological tests to identify on the same grounds as the mandatory census individuals that are in need of mental stability training having a social worker contact specialised in supporting humans with special needs.
