A central pool, surrounded by several restaurants and bars, standardised cell blocks with bed and toilette room all next to a beach and a doctors office specialised into sun burn skin treatment with a bus stop at the Gates for the local workers.
They might never offer any assomble to purchase to create an illusion of long term local economic decline covering another lost war.
But than, who would want to convert these places into aggricoltoural factories for fish farming, fruit and vegetable coltivation?
