While in the USA you could actually argue that drivers licences do not prevent accidents, but driving training does which way ever performed. Drivers licences are also bypassing the due to personal rights inexistant ID card obligation and thereby should be no requirement, because the personal rights outway accident prevention arguments, practically, based on what drivers licences are actually in reality despite all argument are used for such as Underage Drinking based on ID card fraud for example....innit???
