In France, Belgium and the Netherlands are Gangs operating on an International level and the Police is corrupt, but not the actual main problem protecting Nazi war criminal as in Germany. They, as everywhere, get a cut or a bullet.
After WW2 our republican rights were never reinstalled and all European nations are a form of the German Nation with some privileged above others. European Republics are a farce and the area of Clemenceau is a great example. The place has two Fast Food restaurants and is an immigrant place of humans that are here longer than the Germans, yet not by official Nazi ruled teaching. They all came in the 60ies.
These places were before Germany existed the centres of the quarter and actually populated, but in an entirely different society having no credit money and all weapons at a highly corrupt and elitare tiny group, the Police.
Soon they start openly dealing. Soon the Police will patrol everyone. Soon a new status will be established. Dealers and Police will rule the place and the streets around.
The place wont still be what is what intended to be and every citizen doing what he was allowed unchallenged and unquestioned before two World Wars would be hunted by Police Special Forces.
