Mexicans can based on bilateral treaties work in the USA without even a Green Card. Having by that build a life and having become part of a U.S. community these persons nutralised and have a right of being declared full citizenship.

Obviosly can no Government forbid alcohol or force a certain group of humans onto dedicated seats in a bus, but create laws to make seatbelts mandatory and highly addictive substances available only through qualified doctors.

Some elements of mankind abuse the fact that our administrational systems fail to serve all humans equally since the beginning of Industrialisation and the technical progress that came along. We need intelligence and no entertainement against the selfish to have more humans living on a planet rich enough for all. It was a nice test, until here.
