Modern Economists

understand as Stakeholders of an Enterprise all of these: Shareholders, Workers, Managers, Customers.
All Stakeholders have equal interest in good Company with each other to ensure economic success. If one part turns parasite against any other or all other the venture will fail first sociologically and eventually economically.
I bet, against the Economist, that every single Economic Venture that ever failed, failed because at least on of the named Stakeholders turned its back onto others except of some by theft or murder.
Customers buy elsewhere, Shareholder abuse their Shares Power to shut down or sell off the Enterprise, Workers drop quality output or Managers make bad decisions.
The problem is that there are no laws and not even Good Practices formulated that ensure all Stakeholders fair treatment of each other from fines for paying bills delayed against customers to shareholders avoiding responsibility they have for actually employed others cutting down company success by decisions there are no veto rights against from any other stakeholders.
A company that is close to its customers, creates a good work environment and shares surplus profits equally between all stakeholders is successful.
Greed is Not Good, it is a form of treason against society...
