doing the same, but for Bullshit. The Officer made a mistake to state its a Traffic Arrest, but corrected it. So, there is substantial difference in being arrested for GTA or murder. The problem is that that has to be explained.
The mistake the Sherriff does, is to fall into the discussion trap. He just should say I stopped you for a traffic violation. You were speeding and the licence plate check returned you are having no insurence. That is illegal in Kentucky. I may not let you keep driving until you provide insurance.
Sadly, there is not one single state that offers a day or hourly insurance available at the Sherriffs Office. We all can have a bad time, but no one needs to ask for it.
In Germany, Police has no need to justificate its actions and statistics proof that no matter their applied violance there are hardly any charges against Police, which makes only sence by a force build from former SS men, if the Juridical system is as corrupted.
Considering the amount of lawyers and judges being part of right wing fraternities, taking a lawyer in Germany makes sence depending on your hair colour or having had no military training.
