This will get worse.
In the beginning of the last Century when Marx wrote about the new factory machine world could go wrong having suggestions that were both misunderstood and falsley interpretated the existing systems failed to prevent a scenario way worse than the market collaps by monopolisiation Marx seeked a solution against. The world faced fashism coming as socialism and in may shades of what means "togetherism".
Republics defeated Feudalism like Kings defeated Tyranns to give base for their citizens freedom in selfrule. Republics will have to come back filling the vaccuum of national priviliges failing to serve the socio-economic system of citizens and that means ultimately that the human as a citizen, a rebell, a neighbour has to do something instead of awaiting the Nation do something for him.
Sounds familiar? Is more difficult than you think having a corrupt priviliged Policing Service around you covering having kept an abusive inhumaine character and attitude, because history teaches that only brutal violance will end that form of tyranny.
For most others it will be the emptiness of being a Havenot while the Haves go nuts in nations far far away having no helpful solutions or suggestions, but making money with those.
