Athens might be one of the first towns free of Richmen ending Governemental rule by a mixture of violance and ignorance. If that quarter is build instead of turned into a small airplane field for also hovercrafts close to the Sea and warehouses also offering small manufacturing space than it also might be one of the first quarters people just take having need of space to actually create and establish something.
