The first problem is that they do fall for Police using drugs to infuse fear before attacking, that means, every officer is on during an arrest or interrogation. Asking for a drug test is no way out, because they will lie and ontop fake the test and yours.
If anyone every fought back, they won't tell, and instead have plenty of V-Männer in the Streets telling their legend. GeStaPo since ever was specialized in lies as their main weapon. They managed to advertise Theresien Stadt as a Jewish Home Village and asked to come and have a look. As soon arrived they had to send Post Cards to other Jews telling them to come around, it was so nice and fency.
Police used comparable tactics called false information during Cold War covered by CIA off any international human rights investigation. The beat up of some thugs in Frankfurt right next to the old EZB and Theater some years ago in which I dislocated a thugs knee was a KSK soldier, word went.
In no other region of this world does any other service have had so much success in staying covered, corrupt and off gun fire by no more but lies and psychologic intimidation than in Germany.
Even so most Rocker Gangs could fight of a Police riot no one would try even returning fire when their compound is attacked. No other Streets are like that anywhere.
Instead, they all fall for the dominating game showing visibly who they are and what they do to everyone, instead of covering and protecting their business.
