The more enforcers are gone, the less regulations can be enforced hindering growth and prosperity, or regulations protecting monopole situations are abandoned as much as privileges letting some stand above the law. Economic freedom is an illusion as much as contract freedom. For a long while money will need money to come and in the current crisis those with money from bad and illicit business behaviour will try successfully to abuse the crisis and take what they cannot not get otherwise.
This crisis can be cleaning or crash everyone. Certain is only that social skills, helping your next one and good trades will make survivors no matter in which situation from having a police force and rocker club against you being a One Man Gang Unit to owning a small farm in the middle of nowhere everyone drives by in distance, but having a full pub or church on saturdays with no strangers.
