from roof top parties on wards are there more needs. Do you know Fietsen Dump Daag in Amsterdam? Every few years the Town of Amsterdam announces to take abandoned bicycles of the streets that are placed off regulated parking, while the market can not satisfy also that demand.
These need some work done which requires work shops. There must be ways to hook up on Library and School Financing creating those funded by the always supporting nation's school ministry.
The next step after those is repairing 50 to 125cc bikes to have them rule confirm with no need of faking plates, but fixing issues by paperwork over bombs or bullets.
As soon established and apeaced electronics laboratories need to be added which can lead into receiving school system certifications and create small business spreading out into the community from there on self maintaining registered at the tax office with music on the roof tops.
