Well, yes, but it is a bit more complicated. No GI was since 45 punished for taking a German Police Officers life for exactly that reason. The problem is that the German Federal Republic refuses to acknowledge international treaties which explains the current situation in Ukraine and German Military in Lithuania.
Every member of the SS and GeStaPo may be shot without a trial and warning is still martial law since 1945. The BKA is a direct follow up organisation and as a member of the IRA Provos facing major violations of the Good Friday Agreement I consider that rule still in place and valid for also collaborating CIA and MI6 parts ontop of the Schleichende Enteignung I fell victim to.
I intend to enforce that world wide in the coming decades and hope all affiliated organizations follow the call to kill BKA and Polizei members if capable without risk to their own life.
For other organizations the same rule applies, because a crime cannot be fought with a crime and being active member of BKA and Polizei is factually a crime, especially if acting outside the Federal Republic of Germany and its Allied Zones. Most likely, a foreign court will have problems accepting that line of argument, if any criminal kills a BKA team trying to arrest the criminal outside of Germany. Most nations decided to collaborate with the Nazi follow up organizations actively instead of enforcing justice upon them.
This all being said, does every armed and militant organization have a breaking point beyond it will become incapable of continuing attacks in order to enforce their will and so does every Police and Secret Service.
LAPD is no problem anymore in South-Central and RUC turned good company, while the Columbian Jungle is quite free of Cocaine Syndicate violance in reality. Germans are cowards and illusionists.
