Sktr is not just a Gang. Sktr believes that you skate everywhere, like you have to bring the club into this hood, not them into the party district. Ghetto's are bad, except as a dedicated gated environment to preserve and protect a separate life that needs to be able to close off from the outside to prevail.
Why would you create a society in which coming together to dance and enjoy needs to happen in the Party District, the Night Life Ghetto, please?
