PS: That needs a law being a general rule for vertical integration defining the limits of breaking horizontal structures. So, if Amazon does a vertical integration it means it offers a set of contractors an employment contract. That must be beneficial and no degration of economic freedom to the contractors. Integrating horizontal systems into the own vertical system must have no customer impact and create no market shift taking away competition from the citizens perspective. It is a form of a merger.
