Wow. But that is not how the system is supposed to work. You just explained the ISP or the communication service, but not at all stock trading. Stock trading based on outrunning makes me wonder, if you slow down all the others giving them a disadvantage and stop by pretending you had the best offer. Is that what NSA does? Do you run DNS and TCP-IP routing servers that check certain online activities to be the middle man nobody fucking asked to be the middle man?
