Case: A woman born as a man wants a contract gym membership in my women only gym.
Not gonna happen. This being said, as soon sued, I would ask the Judge if an existing member vote to which the woman born in a male body may phrase the text can be agreed upon. If that form of "Bürgerentscheid" was not covered by the Law, I'd change the company structure into a private membership club, still say no, but offer to pay for a year any fee of any other local club for a year as an apology for hurt feelings.
If it has to be 10 years, I will agree, if I may advertise that.
Next day I fucking plaster town with the news and which gym accepted her and my payments with IBAN including flyers handed out by volunteers in gym clothes downtown right next to the billboards.
