Imagine that possibility: The Villa is empty since acquisition never having found an AirBnB tenant, the cars are from a local luxurious rental standing since having plates and they soon get a tax deceleration based on the estimated value of the usage.... calling the guy owning both Estate and Rental in rather panic mode given their prior record. #TIE
