How a communist party system can create that? It is called a recycling law that forbidds dumping electronic devices of all kind. The rest is a facility to which these items must be brought as soon as out of service and major repair hall with blue prints of all times anyway produced in China with a fault discovery check list and according repair manuals. This is called refurbishing or upcycling which creates products cheaper than the original new factory output product, yet more expensive than long term storage products from company's going bankrupt. Just saying, Deutschland AG. I am going fucking nowhere until we sorted our issues here....
