and to my surprise is that guy, being the leading coach in Germany, not doing a sophisticated small talk about his work. He studied medicine in Germany and did that most likely aiming for being a "Hausarzt", which is a job that could be done by an check box system taking down symptoms to look for the related medication having the patient come back a week later to ask if they work as expected or if another product needs to be applied. It is in no way close to the ideas of Greek Antique medicine at all. It is Dark Mid-Age Alchemism, by roots.
I'd expect a conversation like this: Taking one of his clients he'd place them into a range of the IFBB field, which would be based on Olympic sports, the places of 1 to 3 followed by 4 to 7 ending in 8 to 15.
Then he should be able to point out the muscles by their Latin name that need improvement being able to point out which machines and exercises are supporting that development, to refer to the rest periods and pulse levels relative to performed repetitions and weights, being able to point out if in a split training any of the muscle groups targeted are supporting muscles for exercises performed in the split, to talk in detail about the blood results and even stuhl indicating how the diet impacts the growth during rest time.
A specific example: If I am not mistake than Squats are a leg exercise being Olympic Weight Lifting in a simplified way. On a long pipe, rather heavy weights are taken on the shoulders. The athlete bends his knees and while moving his upper body forward goes down kneeling into both legs. Before the "Indian Seat" is reached, at about the point the muscles start shaking, he pushes up again. If you start with Steroids you wont be able anymore to lift that weight form the "Indian Seat" up again, like a military trained, or American Football trained athlete would be still able to even if you managed to stay resting in that position instead of falling over. That sitting position is a rest position in which the muscle is not under stress anymore. Every weight from there gets way heavier by incredible levels especially, if doing that the first times, which explains the Sprinter' staring 3 positions split. The other rest position is fully standing when the weight is held by the bones and joints rather than the muscles.
The other leg exercise is the bench press machine which takes off the need to balance the weight and stresses the side muscles way less creating way less threat of injury.
The muscle is structured, but not formed, in always the same way.
If he talks about the stretch of the exercise being important and that Bodybuilders with a larger stretch create the better muscle, than this is physically wrong and he must be mistaken a different root for his experienced result, by misunderstanding the exercise. If he'd say that the quality of exercise makes the Squats an injury source or trigger to perfect legs, it would be physically correct.
Something a German like him with that status does not want to hear from a guy like me, but on heart attack level... based on my experience in my tenure among them.
The worst is where our Training Schools differ which is Latissimus and Chest, most. The only exercise that really stresses the full Latissimus, which is the Butterfly wing muscle behind the arms when they are in Speedos, is the tree trunk or Rucksack in a lake above the head position. In the gyms in Germany they forbid the Lat Pull exercise needed to achieve that which is pulling behind the head and instead their Lat Pull goes in front of the head onto the chest. Try this to understand the difference and there is actually a Bodybuilder pose proofing me right: Stand up shoulder wide and get your arms up stretched out sideways imagining holding a weight from your shoulders upwards over your head. This movement stresses as the only one the entire Lat in full. All others use more side muscles, which must be feelably and sensibly in that back muscle presenting pose.
A full chest work out, and now I have to leave the Gym by the exit for ever, needs five positions on a bench, because the chest muscle has five muscle strings which are pretty exactly found by placing a stretched out hand over the muscle looking at where the fingers face the chest's center. From horizontal to almost vertical it needs five sets... or gear.
Bye. I can't know because... I don't use.
You scientists... way off being junkies, dudes. Grays Anatomy is more important than Arnie's Pumping Iron. Seriously, brothers!
Or, society would allow them based on Free Speach Laws tell how much they shoot when, into which muscle, and Police would need to investigate against the producer and abuser, but not user. Right, BKA? How many do you leverage just one below "imagine you would have had kids" feeling save and mighty?
Substance use is a great example of the nations being a problem. There is a great chance the substances in question were declared illegal by a not voted national institution instead of by a parliamentarian decision based on democratic vote of 0.0065% of the population taking German base population numbers. Police now may use in any case that illegal activity to make a deal, which is blunt extortion relabeled in a nice word. I may not shoot a man dead, because I mind his word, because the action would be in no scale to the offense, but Police may break main capital laws on their will.
That is plausible justified reason to join the IRA and train for militant liberation by force. #ticktack #copyrightwhatBKA
