this could be on an asteroid belt moon around Saturn?
There is one other planet, Venus, that is nearly the same size as Earth in our solar system, plus the Sun is much larger, and there are many smaller objects, including dwarf planets, moons, and asteroids, that could be similar in size or slightly larger than the Earth. The total number of objects the size of Earth is not a definite quantity as it includes the Sun and other large planets in addition to several other objects that are roughly similar in size to Earth.
If we'd build in an orbital dock a fleet of ships using them as habitats on any object about the size of earth having therefore about the same gravity, we would release over time air created by the habitats biospheres which would create an atmosphere over time.
A few generations and it would be possible to stand at a balcony, breathing, watching this... a few dozent or hundreds.
Just, we are too busy with a lot of bullshit.
