Humans move. We are made to move. Therefore the Gym is very important in our society and I do mean the world society. By the changes of industrialization the way we move over 24h changed tremendously.
Gyms are important being a special place of the play ground. A skatepark or tennis court is no gym, but a gym should be next to them and many gyms have playgrounds to have the toddler having a place, while mummy works on her gluts.
My dream was to skate the world, to open small shops connected like Hostels, serving the community over making me a rich men in which also protein powders and guitars are sold, but no Thrasher Mags, and instead most certainly Squash Courts.
