Humans die. There are a lot of traffic accidents. Some are reported about, most not. So, in this Secret Service world that created itself because GeStaPo was so efficient and StaSi perfect in controlling the population... at least for guys on medication.
I have no idea who got killed, but I for well understand that a news paper owned and build by Holocaust money Germans, a Van perfect to leave no trace of connection being found later, is a bit odd.
There is a German saying that getting yourself into danger kills you and an American that you better learn driving when you wanna drive through Hell, which might be a bit inappropriate here.
