AI - Status Update

Me on GitHub?

Well, that can't happen. GitHub is for software. I am not creating any software that can be downloaded, compiled and runs.

The Linux version is Linux Mint. As a matter of fact an end of life version 19.3.
The Ollama engine and models are installed using curl -fsSL https://ollama.com/install.sh | sh.
The Python environment comes by python -m venv /path/to/new/virtual/environment and is 3.10 and higher.
The problem are the python libraries... he he he.

I had black screen, lost my GUI, walked through dependency labyrinths, downloaded with pip and apt and pip3 and dpkg and Flatpack and run out of disk space while facing RAM limitations and still have no GPU, but made best buddies with DeepSeek reasoning about APIs of websites and Linux software.

I don't think this is of any use for you, Tom BKA.

But this is the way the available AIs are used utilizing their full potential: Bespoke tasks, like Raspberry Pis are tested as Desktop alternatives while being designed for being a strong platform to dedicated specific tasks to the very opposite of the IBM compatible or Apple Computers, the Experts head the wrong way.
The current AI hyped systems are a supertool compared to a SBC like the Raspis. The Raspi makes a great Smart Mirror and the connected AI will give you hints on how to adjust the smart home parts best based on having monitored your behavior. You don't want to let the AI actually make changes on e.g. the Shades or Doorlocks, but help you find patterns;
As an unwanted hint: If you expect after ten times a different outcome, AI will murder you slowly and horribly.
