So, these guys are new to Europe. They arrived earliest about 5.000 years here most likely coming from what is today Latin Americas. Life in Europe was better than as "Indians" in America and the Viking Villages were the first hubs.
Over time these people established their own states here. The Roman Imperium the most infamous for its brutal rule based on our native moral opening principles and ideas and the Nazi Reich the worst access of what is called the White Man.
I'd be black after three days in Athens sun looking like an Afro-American. Most of us natives can tan and have skin that adjusts to sun light impact. These humans reacting with skin diseases, but no change in tan, must have a genetic ancestry line that managed to avoid mixing with us for several dozen generations.
The increased medication and drug use for the last three generations further triggered genetic decline and thereby turned doctors into their lifeline instead of rescuers from bad diseases.
Using medication to learn, stay awake and for fun is normal for these never naturalized people among us.
