Later, they will use that, little dirty secret, to create a false psychiatric picture and describe long term high doses use of Atypical Neuroleptica, called Benzos on the Streets, which are actually intended for immediate short term use, but not for long term, life long medication, having sever side effects.

 

This is Germany. The fear created is a form of torture. The woman was fearing for her life without any justification and the Police triggers that actively denying the "special training". Instead the woman is psychotic.

Based on that being "Kaution" (deposit), which is usually 3 months of rent, the amount must be at about 1000 Euros minimum and can be easily several thousands. 

In the German legal system addressing prior court decisions is not legally binding, the judge may or may not acknowledge that.
Based on which decision a policing action that latterly proofs the psychotic world view of a delusional human is justified, I do not know.
