They will also have to deal with a massive shift in power. Street, Floor and certainly Underground Power. That means that soon all large demonstrating groups are able to stand against and defeat Anti-Riot Police. It means that in the War on Drugs international standards are set outgunning German Police by far, now arriving. It means that Police will fall short on staff and surrender entire regions to whom ever takes it.
It means that Finances won't invest anymore in Germany and even the local players will put their EZB money abroad away from a factory production ending economy. That's what happened to the UK in Thatchers term, but they had a large powerful Financial Main Hub in opposite to a local player outgunned by the big players.
And than Putin is really really angry at all of you while ANC still is looking for some ultimate thugs in both sun sensitive and resistant...
There is a chance so. Imagine no one comes checking on your business beyond what a Computer can do online far away in an area the local Rockers or Clans never mind you, but at all. Or you are all cash only anyway in the same area.
