So, we all know that Israel is surrounded by others. We also understand Darwin's Newton like rule. That makes clear who has to adjust to whom...
However, needs Gaza a sea port and financial investments into its economy. It is nothing more than realism to state that this must happen as separated and segregated from Israel as possible or someone will find someone to start a war, easily, which means that the actual signed and agreed upon passage between Gaza and the Westbank in the only valid contract, is off. Luckily, Trump is more hard to kill than a Israeli politician.
Did anyone ever consider English Channel Hovercrafts operating from the closest Arab Sea Port serving Gaza Beach having a concrete platform? They are actually for sale somewhere... and there is plenty of scrap concrete around.
That way not one product would need to trespass Israeli ground and they stay off each other, for some time.

This here is unrealistic and might kick off a large propaganda campaign way beyond MTV and Thrasher Mag.
After the assault in Katar no Hamas member has any base to trust the IDF and Israeli Secret Services. After the Good Friday Agreement the German media also falsely reported, the Provitional IRA would hand over their weapons, which was explicitly not in the contract. They put down their weapons restraining from any military actions against RUC and Royalist Militias. That is a fundamental difference.
Hamas can not afford to give up its weapons. It won't open its tunnels for IDF inspections or guided tourist tours.
If in reality Hamas has managed to defeat the IDF in Gaza City, than there was a great chance that IDF is playing tricks, just as in Katar, to turn around the real situation on the ground.
Considering how much lies, mean tricks and bad mouthing is normal in the Middle East conflict, I do not for one second believe that this will be a peace for ever.
