The Castle, Port, Street thing?
All obsolete since container shipping? First of all do we have to understand what that port there actually was. It was all market, swap place and end point. The houses surrounding the actually quite deep basin where storage, contor and workshop. This was the same system as today still exists in Slums. An exact copy.
Today ships crossing the Suez Channel will not stop until Rotterdam even so having load for southern regions. Shipping is centralized and follows a few main routes and so is a very lot of production. Even so most products in our shops are assembled using products from different companies, those are only few in number and hardly any products, with some exceptions, are further processed in any port to adjust to local market demands.
That's what made towns like The City, Amsterdam and Marseilles important, not today's Rotterdam off loading of finished ready to market products and raw materials, but assembling products, collecting products ontop of what remains today from per-industrial age.
What really happened through millions of dead civilians and soldiers shortly after industrialization kicked off, was an exchange of the leading and decision making people. Germany is just both the worst and easiest to understand nation build by war criminals and those collaborating with the worst of mankind, but certainly not the only one.
Either way is our style of both Capitalism and Administration failing as we speak. Socialism that never reached Communism ended first being even less flexible, even more hierarchical, even more privilege and even more based on lies. Marx was no Communist, if Sowjets were Communists, simplified, but than was Kaynes also no liberal Capitalist, if Ronald Reagan was a Republican and Thatcher pro-economy.
We do have all tools to rebuild ports as we had them, but other areas will do that first. Large main routes do make sense connecting few main ports, but using Computers, Industrial Robots, AI, Sensors, automated machinery even small in space workshops can compete with large factories outperforming them in flexibility. Combined, large factories are best in producing standard items, but for those workshops that were almost completely eliminated by nationalism taking over both Administration and Economy.
While Europa still suffers under German rule and existence, BRISC and those regions in between have a great chance to start a new Renaissance way before us settling very old and deep disputes.
Blockchain technology, NFT contracts, and AI reasoning are powerful tools to share profits and prosperity within the development of a region. Without war and violence that will happen and come into regions still waiting for modern workshop tools like CNC machines or robot arms.
There is a good chance that while Europe goes all in The War on Drugs, the 3rd world will come to peace.
You are all welcome here in The Kingdome of Hell. We owe the world and Germany will be the very center.
Check Frankfurt.
