The guy, who is an expert consultant for AI in the German market with a long track record of success in AI implementation within the German Corporate World, latterly said that who is using ChatGPT to upload corporate data "is with one foot in prison", because of violating DSVG laws. That would be German data security laws and Americans per default do not comply.

Conclusion
