Mankind created a mind set problem.
The Germans are just the worst cultivating that mind set problem based on an incredible vast set of lies covering every aspect of their existence from history to present or future.
Many others followed their core ideas and today nations cover mankind. Nations come with boarders that enclose rules in charge. In terms of Industrialization that means in logic consequences that Kings who never played any role and needed high risks to enforce their rules against any other group or human managed to establish actions by using technological innovations ever worse in consequences against the development of humans in especially this socio-economic change.
Factory production is comparable to the GDR's brown cole based heating system. Everyone old enough to have traveled the transit Autobahn routes from West-Germany to Berlin must remember the different smell all across the GDR, because they used local brown coal heaters instead of the Wests large heating factory systems and gas ovens.
If by tax, subsidiaries and other means, factories are located in specific regions these regions create exorbitant larger energy demand at one spot which in result creates the need for extremely large energy plants.
To keep a long story short: Our system is by core design incapable to fit into this world by being worst efficient possible.
