The other guy, the one of lesser IQ, is a medium here ... of a potentially coming trend trying to forbidd AI.
He asks stupid questions like What we do when the AI gives an answer to Build me a Bio-weapon.
This is stupid because even if the AI would give him instructions he'd need a lab and manage to not kill himself, which he should understand before asking a question, but that requires to think before phrasing a question, which is a common problem for Germans in authority positions and he is here the podcast interview authority...
