The Middle East has Dubai as its centre, the Near East, the region of Kurdistan, Libanon, Syria, Israel and Jordan as no center of economic hope. Israel decided to stay off its neighbours considering them a constant threat against its existance.
The region was always looking towards Europe having The Middle East in its back as backing and not only in fear or considering there their threat against its existance.
