While watching the cinematic version of Ugly Kid Werner's and the Silverspoon, I thought Sinaloa and other Kartells might eventually put pressure onto the CIA by hitting Germany harder to get better conditions or even Freedom by CIA having aggrevated El Chapos career that otherwise never would have happened.
The CIA with Frankfurt, Rammstein and the Stuttgart Africa Command still has significant forces in Germany irrelevant to U.S. military operations, but important for The Firm and all wings of the CIA.
They also are in need of at least some stability to cover in plain sight, as they call it.
German society and it's authorities are badly rotten from the inside and it just needs a push to have it fall straight onto it's ugly face with no chance of recovery.
Considering their affinity towards hard drugs, the core product of the Mexican Cartels, they well could get the CIA into defence by taking on Germany fully.
