That's used notes or they treat cash stacks real bad. Higher amounts of staples need about a day and usually come from the Central Bank pretty much freshly printed. Banks actually do not have a lot of cash in the counter and only some large amounts in the time locked safes.
So, considering Influencers waving around BKA Badges on my yard protected by Police Uniformed other Influencers... these guys might sell using another badge.
