Do you see that the Northern Pole is a larger cold area than the southern?
That is important for climate change, but because of the position of the Planet to the Sun, which is not perfect 90 degrees, if an axle is pulled through the poles. Then, than axle is also slightly spinning. This means that over a larger period of decades and even centuries the amount of sun light hitting the northern hemisphere and the area to of the North Polar Circle differs significantly.
If the angle is more off 90 degrees it never hits anyway, the stronger are the storms, the less, the milder is the weather related to all sun impact.
So, we are on a clump of mud that slides around a hot nuclear fusion reactor and imagine how much weights we can move as mankind on that ball.

PS: Based on research regarding global material flows and trade, a substantial amount of resources—estimated in the range of billions of tonnes annually—is moved from the Southern Hemisphere to the Northern Hemisphere. This net transfer, often referred to as "unequal exchange," primarily involves raw materials, minerals, and agricultural products.
That comes from: "What does that do", in my kitchen in a sever midlife crisis against German BKA and some copy right bollocks.
Ok. So, will the Poles flip? Hehe. There is no down as on the map, because of Gravity we know about since Newton and an Apple.
... ?? ?
No?
The Sun is down.
