I have few hits on this blog from Europe. I am sure this is not happening in Asia, but is that anywhere really happening in public??
How would you react as a man if that dude asks you for even the time or directions?
Point is, for those few from here, I can't ask him why he does that or what was wrong with him, I can only excuse myself and walk off or start a fist fight in the Fast Food Restaurant when he just takes a seat at my table.... to then get even more bollocks from Police.
Beside, how does the Algorithm show that??
