This is a core problem and I have no answer.
The U.S. votemen system was based on the back than reality that each community knew their own and was capable to send men from among them to meet with other Americans. No one can know everyone and the amount of human that can get to know each other is limited.
If we can be connected by 7 instances to all human on earth, we still never will get to know all of them.
IDs are unconstitutional and limit freedom the way they exist. Being registered in a database creates extreme privileges for those with access while violating privacy rights for the mass.
