Last time I listened to something like that, I was told to leave the very personal conversation by them, to realize that I in fact I did hear them, was trying to ignore it, but had a half full beer and did not know them, while my buddy walked off, outside. So, I said "Sorry" and walked to drink my beer at another spot.
