Zero. Actually, to be honest, Sub Zero if you are truly into that Cyberpunk thing as I am. The reason is simple. In that report they start that the internet is very big and we know only a fraction. Below there is a ... and from there it is just all wrong. The Darknet is the yellow in the snow that is an Ice Berg. Above the water line is Amazon, Facebook and Netflix or in different words the about 5 websites most Users use 80% of their online time. The big fucking rest is Corporate Networks and nothing else.

 

So that is what I mean:

    IPinfo.io (USA): Provides extensive ASN and IP address information for companies like 

    Apple, Amazon, and Cox Communications.
    ipapi.is: Provides databases that categorize ASNs by type, including "government," 

    "hosting," "education," and "banking"

    ipverse/country-ip-blocks: A GitHub repository tracking CIDR blocks by country, useful 

    for identifying government-associated infrastructure.
    jhassine/server-ip-addresses: A GitHub repository mapping server IP ranges for cloud

We may assume that the largest towns have the most post addresses. The IP Address is that to the Internet.

 

Hacking and Hacker derives from the sound of a keyboard using all ten fingers. That is needed to type quickly in order to communicate or create software called Code. All illegal stuff does not help there at all... it just turns a problem.

 

Every single "Hacker" that is into illegal stuff from illicit trade to cracking registration codes and computer system's security ... is an idiot on an ego trip, because what exactly do they intend to find there that is not in a book or can be concluded? 

How to build a Bomb or cook MDMA is a great example, because following just a recipe that cannot be evaluated by a lack of both knowledge and understanding can be a trap to kill yourself. All the CIA ever did can be read in legally available News and cracking their computers will not get them into a court, but you being murdered by a Delta Operative.

 

So, That is not how it works. The Onion system is not even a great construction, because it is incredibly slow compared to just blocking your website from being parsed by that one search engine we all have and then just not brag about it.
