PS: If the court uses his statement, no matter the outcome, the entire corporate world can be turned liable by taking open source software used in profitable companies to the supreme court to receive a legal framework for investigation.
Apache 2.0, by its wording, cannot be intended to be all free of charge, but must have been initially written by someone supporting the most liberal and core idea of open source software. Freeware existed prior. Freeware are small tools with no profit perspective. Large software systems capable of complex tailoring are a very different set and abuse of Freedom today has court, no gun fight decisions as in the Wild Wild West, for also the biggest, eventually.
