The Law is only there to have some individuals that lack common sense by having chosen to be no Good an opportunity to upfront understand what will happen, if prosecuted. That means, the Law must be understood by everyone, executable by everyone as it is for everyone equally to guarantee freedom and companionship. The base of a Republic.
If you cannot break down complex matters of justice to any random citizen,
you cannot use their all law against anyone taking anyone's freedom of which base are their rights.
