Special Forces are all like Delta and these guys are just riflemen.
Let's leave the Bashing aside. Deltas can't really defend them verbally...
So, Delta is a CIA unit. Navy Seals are Marines. Green Berets are Army. These are called Special Forces. A lot of that is because of those being send to special missions in small groups of which are many coming with Diplomatic trouble between the Governments. To ensure their survival the tests are very hard. The psychological both resistance to stress and resilience to failure is much higher above average of the military, which is already higher than the average of civilians.
The point about these Irak war soldiers is that they are Frontline Soldiers. That is mainly those one step below the known Special Forces units. That is where the best of the Special Forces come from and almost all of the Delta, Seals or Green Berets derived.
The Army has Rangers. That is the first step towards their Special Forces, the Green Berets. No other wing has a step in between their "regular" and Special Forces units, which is because of the Frontline duty the Army is supposed to fulfill.
The point about that is that the survival rate, but only based on the amount of planning and additional resources, is much higher among Special Forces than only the more intense selection justifies based on military science and knowledge.
It is much saver to serve in any of the Special Forces units than in a Marine or even worse, large scale war deployed Army Frontline unit. Large operations create more Odds per character of their nature.
Being Veterans, they have learned about death in a different way than Delta, Seal or Green Beret with the exception of those that decided to join Special Forces from there.
So, fuck you YouTube. You are like MTV on Gangs or CNN on Structural Racism....

PS: Why they all use a rifle instead of a carbine? The Army has no driving Armory. They also don't come home for weeks to months, have no canteen, pajamas or privacy for hygiene between fire fights. They come to stay.
