It is a very small field, no body takes care about.
The case.
A Asylum Home was attempted to be burned down. Another trial sentenced a man to 6 weeks of prison of which 2 were probational in a comparable case.
The Netherlands is a Kingdom with a representative Monarch and an inheriting Crown system with a people voted Parliament.
In general are since the French Revolution Bloodline Monarchies in need of more and tighter public peace than Presidential Parliamentarian Democracies. Specific topics must be ensured to be discussed based on common rules of which all are related to public peace in order to protect all human lives.
Now, having a more radical becoming group this can lead to two potential extremes of philosophy:
The first sentence is in the context of public peace too low and therefore the Parliament creates a law that punishes such crimes much harder, like in years of prison, even so creating laws to punish retrospectively is unconstitutional. The King now could call the Parliament to discuss such attempt and if by two thirds decided, the Constitution is in limits overwritten with even the Supreme Court having to accept that demanding the revolting fraction to found a party and press and media outlets for the sake of public peace.
Or, the Will of the people is that badly reflected by all votable entities that a small group has had to radicalize itself being from a potential major part of the people being incapable of expressing their and the peoples will in any other way as by vote or free speech. Than, reforms must be getting underway to enable that forefront to again represent their will within the system, which would demand than in consequence a Pardoning of the prosecuted.
That's the theory.... so we fuck that, right??
