The Subway is hot like the Caribbean, where they have all boats and money, the traffic Jam is as bad as in Deli and is to them no place to invest based on their own biggest bang for the bug laws, but a place to eat, beside having the highest real estate prices on latterly empty, for ever unrentable spaces.
