So, these guys can be very aggressive. The good news is, they can't move properly and therefore are incapable of creating dangerous levels of Kinetic energy... to others. Obviously, that in no way would hinder them to scream at another while spanning each single muscle in full rage.
The Street version does that. Looking kinda Cute in slightly dirty Baggys, refusing fuck the Colours to start selling any other substance than Cannabis and having a track record of out running Police with a magical ability to be vanished until next evening, might encourage such occasions. Given a plan, they can actually communicate in a clear, respectful manner... and usually want that. To others they just refuse to speak without a reason.
