Since only a few years ago, I was unaware of the extend of corruption and I am still almost fascinated by the level of ignorance that comes with it.
This now is starting to become International levels way off the Cold War German exception. Only in Germany is Polizei not just the biggest Gang in Town, and better clean for their own sake, but untouchable the worse the crime.
Placing a nail bomb at the backdoor of a Police Station is for Germans an act of ultimate Dare Devil levels and no standard business transactions as in most other areas.
This being said, can I not tell about the state of mind of the Officers in that area, but that a nail bomb is actually used against persons. Placing the bomb at a door is missing its design purpose. Nail Bombs in disputes with Police are in Bogota or L.A. of the 90ies thrown through a window in their locker room or cantine or open floor office.
To attack the parking and the there placed vehicles it would need a set of simultaneously triggered petrol bombs and if it is a larger gang conflict the officers are targeted man to man using fire arms or small bombs thrown into the car with the most corrupt first to have the rest stick to the deal again.
In Germany there is a great chance that this is politically motivated and Police started to suppress a specific subculture in town or the region by dominating them. Then this bomb is to scare the officers and less a business negotiation.
However, there is much to come with heat, rain, poverty and no hope in The Ocean of Lies worst waters.
