Pamela Reif's ab training video has 113 Million clicks. Here I cut out the most important investigation facts:
Mike Thurston trains his abs once a week for a dedicated, high-intensity session.
Mike Thurston has been structuring his core training this way for at least 10 years, dating back to when he first blew up on YouTube and fitness media in 2016.
Over a span of 10 years, training twice a week adds up to exactly 1,043 total sessions (or roughly 1,044 including leap years)
I know three other guys with Mikes abs and Bodybuilders do stare at mirrors.
So... no way their an no payed clicks among.

PS: To be honest. I am broky industry typical open source developer at this time of my life also investigating the Germans due to the current #undergroundwar situation, but that's very personal and not representative to neither any. However, how does the average day of a 9 to 5er look like? Goes up, shower, breakfast, dressing, driving to work, working, driving home and now we enter possible time to be influenced. In reality they either watch Netflix, Cable TV, singles add a porn schedule and couples .... socialize.
How come
YouTube generates billions of video views and plays per day, primarily driven by over 200 billion daily views on YouTube Shorts alone
if not.
